Job Responsibilities:

Generate Leads: Prospect and identify potential clients looking to build or renovate outdoor spaces such as decks, patios, and screened porches.
Consult with Clients: Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, provide estimates, and recommend the best solutions.
Sales Presentations: Present and promote Maryland Deck Builders, LLC services through meetings, phone calls, and online platforms.
Close Deals: Successfully close sales while meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a seamless experience from the initial consultation to project completion.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or home improvement industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
